The restaurant at the Lime Tree has a history dating back almost two decades. Over the years it has built up a solid reputation for quality, excellence and using only the very best of Scottish produce accompanied by fine wines and of course, whiskies.
The restaurant maintains the highest of standards by ensuring that it offers premium expertise and experience. To ensure this, the hotel has partnered with husband and wife team David and Kylie (pictured) and so The Silly Goose at The Lime Tree was born.
David and Kylie, who met and studied Professional Cookery at the local West Highland College, bring creativity and inject innovation with a focus on continuous improvement and guest satisfaction. Their Menu is refreshed each season and the pair are always delighted to cater for special occasions and events (including weddings, corporate events and business dinners).
Giving guests the very best dining experience has always been and remains the primary objective.
